PoolnPatio.net only accepts returns on products purchased directly from us, either from our website or via our Customer Service Center.
Please read the following:
Requests must be made within 15 days of your purchase. Returns after 15 days will not be accepted. All returns will comply with our return policy.
PoolnPatio.net does not refund original shipping costs.
Shipping and handling costs to return your product to our warehouse remains the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be made to the manufacturer’s warehouse by using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost, destroyed, misdirected, postage due or delayed mail.
Returned product must include all related media and manuals and must be new and unused. Failure to comply may result in lack of refund.
Returned package MUST be labeled with the PoolnPatio.net assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and sent to the address in the instructions you will receive.
Special Order or Custom order items are not returnable.
Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund.
Refund will be issued in the currency in which the product was purchased.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not send your products back without receiving an RMA number. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted credited. Our warehouses do not accept items without a valid RMA number and PoolnPatio.net cannot be held responsible for lost items.
When a sale is made and payment is completed, the product(s) you ordered are considered to be in process. It can be cancelled however there may be restocking fees, handling fees, shipping fees, and other fees that may apply to a cancelled order. These same fees apply to returned merchandise as well.
Please be sure the item you are ordering is what you want. If you are not sure, please ask us for additional information prior to purchase. Returning items can be costly and the credit card company will refer to this page as a reference that you understand this information and accept these terms and conditions. The credit card company will not be able to dispute the transaction if you decide to return the item(s) or refuse delivery. The above fees will apply with no recourse.
If you placed an order and we made a mistake and shipped the wrong merchandise PoolnPatio.net will be responsible for all fees involved in the pick up of the merchandise. This does not include substitutions for a better quality item or slight variances in color, etc.
If an order was a mistake on your part, you will be responsible for all fees associated with returning the item(s). Please confirm you order at the time of check out.
Order Processing and Shipping:
Orders will be processed within 2 business days. In stock items will be shipped from the distributer within 5 business days after the order is processed. You will be notified by e-mail if the item is out of stock and when the item is expected to be in stock.
All the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty. PoolnPatio.net does not provide any additional warranty.
I agree to pay my credit card according to the cardholder agreement. I further agree that I may not file a chargeback for any reason except a case of a fraudulent transaction that I did not make. Agreeing to purchase merchandise from PoolnPatio.net will waive my rights to a chargeback against PoolnPatio.net.
We ship our products to the Continental United States from various warehouses located in the Continental United States.
Delivery is curbside only. You will need to bring the merchandise onto your property.
You will need to inspect all merchandise prior to signing for the items to assure there is no damage or missing parts. Please read the papers you are signing. They will clearly state your rights and what you are signing. Be sure to note and damage or missing parts on the bill of lading prior to signing. If you receive damaged merchandise or are missing parts you must notify the carrier upon receiving the order. You will need to contact PoolnPatio.net immediately so we can get your missing or damaged items shipped to you. Damaged items must be refused and send back in order to get the replacement at no charge.
Failure to check your merchandise at the time of delivery will result in you paying for missing or damaged parts. Please check your items before signing any paperwork. It clearly states that the merchandise is in perfect condition unless otherwise noted.
